Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund Announces Dividends

1. Declaration of Dividend

NOTICE is hereby given that Motilal Oswal Trustee Company Limited, Trustee to Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund has approved declaration of dividend under the Dividend Option of the Scheme(s), Motilal Oswal MOSt Focused 25 Fund (MOSt Focused 25), Motilal Oswal MOSt Focused Midcap 30 Fund (MOSt Focused Midcap 30), Motilal Oswal MOSt Focused Multicap 35 Fund (MOSt Focused Multicap 35), Motilal Oswal MOSt Focused Long Term Fund (MOSt Focused Long Term) and Motilal Oswal MOSt Focused Dynamic Equity Fund (MOSt Focused Dynamic Equity) as under:

* as reduced by applicable statutory levy, if any.

** Or immediately following Business Day, if that day is not a Business Day.

Pursuant to payment of dividend, the NAV of the Dividend Option of the above mentioned Plans of the Schemes will fall to the extent of payout and statutory levy (if applicable).

The above dividend is subject to the availability of distributable surplus and may be lower to the extent of distributable surplus available on the Record Date.

Dividend will be paid to those Unit holders / Beneficial Owners whose names appear in the Register of Unit holders maintained by the Mutual Fund / statement of beneficial ownership maintained by the Depositories, as applicable, under the Dividend Option of the aforesaid plans of the Schemes as on the record date.

2. Appointment of Fund Manager and Key Personnel of the Company:

Mr. Niket Shah has been appointed as Vice President - Associate Fund Manager and Key Personnel of the company with effect from March 1, 2018.

The details are given below:

Mr. Niket Shah has been appointed as an Associate Fund Manager for the Scheme, Motilal Oswal MOSt Focused Midcap 30 Fund (MOSt Focused Midcap 30) and consequently Mr. Siddharth Bothra ceased to be the Co-Fund Manager of the Scheme. Accordingly, the equity component has been managed by the Fund Managers as mentioned below with effect from March 1, 2018:

Associate Fund Manager: Mr. Niket Shah

This notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SAI, SID and KIM of the aforementioned Scheme of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund. All other contents remain unchanged.
